The hotel is in a fantastic location, being right next to the seafront. This makes it incredibly easy to take a leisurely walk along the beach or enjoy the coastal views. it is conveniently situated within walking distance of the town, allowing for easy access to shopping and other amenities. the rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment to unwind after a long day of work or travel.

The lack of opening windows in the rooms can be quite disappointing for those who prefer fresh air.

jungle zoo was located in the neighbourhood of the hotel. an excellent base for exploring cleethorpes.

The hotel is in a great location, right opposite a miniature railway that runs up to the pier. It's perfect for a morning exercise or a fun outing with the family. The staff is really nice and friendly, going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The rooms are kept very clean, and the king-size bed is incredibly comfortable. Plus, there are actual beds for the kids, which is a huge bonus. As vegetarians, we were also pleased to find a good breakfast selection, although the eggs were a bit rubbery.

I had such a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect. It was right by the beach, so I could easily go for a walk or exercise in the morning up to the pier. Plus, it was conveniently close to the town, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were superb. They were friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. And thirdly, the rooms were well-kept and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the kids even had their own beds with plenty of towels provided. it was excellent value for money and I couldn't have asked for more!

Stayed here over Easter with family. Great value for money and friendly staff at reception. Convenient location near the sea, just a short walk to the beach and seafront shops. Comfortable and clean rooms, perfect for a good night's sleep.

One of the rooms had a strong smell of smoke, and the beds were quite lumpy. The air conditioning was inefficient, and the bathroom extractor fan didn't work.

Great hotel experience! Our family had an amazing weekend staying at a hotel in between a golf course and retail outlet. the staff were friendly, giving us free drinks on arrival. Cleanliness was excellent , the spotless room had everything working fine, including the AC, TV, and hairdryer. the free wi, fi was easy to access with a very fast connection. We loved the location, very quiet yet in walking distance to many fast food chains and discount shops. Being close to the beach was well worth the extra cost for a budget hotel.

Though the hotel has many positive aspects, we had a few issues with the amenities; the tea and coffee supply in the room was a bit stingy, the windows didn't open, and there was no fresh air in the bathroom.
